For our customers with credit card drafts or if you have your credit card stored in the payment portal.

Starting June 15, ZIP code validation will be required for all credit card transactions to help enhance payment security. 

To avoid declined payments, please review any saved payment methods and confirm the billing ZIP code matches the ZIP code associated with your card.
