Important Changes to your Account starting in February 2020-UPDATES

Due to unforeseen delays, the rollout of the new billing system will not begin until February 2020. See the corrected notice below:
New Billing System
Acton Municipal Utility District (AMUD) has recently installed new billing software. Your AMUD bill is changing looks and you will be assigned a new utility billing account number. Be sure to check your February bill for your new AMUD Account number.
New Paperless Billing
Your paperless bill will be improved to resemble an actual bill. Please Note: Emails for paperless bills will no longer be sent from @top.com. See our website at www.amud.com for updates.
New Customer Payment Portal
You will be able to view your account history and payment history, see a graph of your usage history for each service, pay your bill online, and update your contact information, including starting or stopping paperless billing notifications. If you receive utility bills for more than one account, you will be able to link all your accounts to a single profile. Customer portal can be reached from our website.
New AUTO Draft Procedure
If you are currently an Auto Draft customer, your previous Auto Draft will be cancelled in February and you will need to restart Auto Pay with our new online bill pay system. To do so, simply make a payment for the total balance due using the credit card you wish to use for Auto Draft and check the option that says "Enroll in Automatic Bill Pay using this credit card."
If you want or need assistance setting up your Auto Draft, we will need you to sign a new authorization agreement and provide us with your latest payment information. For your convenience, a form is attached to this letter. Please return the completed form to the office before February 1, 2020 to make sure your account stays current.
