We send out bills monthly on a 4-cycle schedule.
The following dates are subject to change:
- Acton Area community's utility bills are sent out on or about the 17th of each month.
- DeCordova Bend Estates community's utility bills are sent out on or about the 17th of each month.
- Pecan Plantation community's utility bills are sent out on or about the 24th of each month.
- Indian Harbor community's utility bills are sent out on or about the 1st of each month.
Please contact the office if you do not recieve your bill. You are responsible for prompt payment. Always check your bill to confirm exact due date. A 10% penalty will be added to the total due at 8:00 am on the next business day after the posted due date; you then have 10 days to pay the outstanding bill or service may be terminated.

Winter average is calculated on billed water consumption from December, January and February.

The average residential usage runs about 8,000 gallons a month.
